The trail is a short rocky stroll from the parking area to find Rita or take the 1.9-mile loop on Little Grouse Mountain Trail for a more adventurous hike.

Take a beautiful loop drive. Start in Divide, CO, take Hwy 67 south from Divide off Hwy 24 to the > historic town of Victor, pass through > historic Cripple Creek, CO, and end in Florrisant, CO., on Hwy 24.
Love Old Mine Relics? Near the historic town of Victor, stop at the > Vindicator Valley Trailhead, which hosts an incredible 2.1-mile loop hike through landmark mines. We loved it.
At the end of the loop near Florissant, CO, stop at > Florissant Fossil Beds National Monument. It’s fascinating.

The First Isak Heartstone, A 30 ft troll, no kidding! Huge, unique, and absolutely splendid as it sat among a field of rock cairns. He was moved and rebuilt in a new location.
